responsibilities:
- Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.?
- Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.?
- Records test results on batch tickets and in company's computer operating system.?
- Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests
- Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
- Maintain housekeeping of the working place
- Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy
- Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
- Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
- Support all Quality Control related initiatives
qualifications:
- Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences) or three or more years of related experience and/or training
- Two (2) years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
