Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Laboratory Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our cutting-edge laboratory environment. In this hands-on position, you'll ensure the seamless organization and tracking of laboratory equipment, manage bioanalytical samples for clinical studies, and uphold rigorous GLP and regulatory standards. With a focus on precision and collaboration, you'll work closely with scientific staff to support groundbreaking research. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment records in compliance with GLP and regulatory standards.
- Assist in organizing and managing laboratory supply inventories to ensure availability and proper stock levels.
- Receive, log, and track bioanalytical samples for clinical studies, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Help maintain laboratory organization, including tagging and tracking laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with scientific staff, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Review laboratory documentation and records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lifting 30lbs, standing 80% time
- Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with documentation tools.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field
- Prior experience in a regulated environment, with familiarity in GLP practices.
- Experience with LIMS systems
