As a quality Specialist, you will support the Category Mastership strategy by ensuring that our internal documents provide valuable guidance for the Product Technology Centre Fremont.
Job Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of Quality Specialist
- Supports the local NDC Quality Team, which may include:
- Support in development of local HACCPs and quality requirements.
- Support in Raw Material Risk Assessment updates
- Follows and upholds all Nestle & applicable regulatory requirements to assure full compliance and audit readiness.
- Other duties as assigned.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in food science or equivalent (Microbiology, Engineering)
- 2-3 years' experience in Operations in food industry
- Developed HACCP knowledge
- HACCP/PCQI Certification required
- Developed ability to communicate efficiently internally and externally
- Strong investigation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High level of detail accuracy
- Fluent in English
- Experience in project management with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within given timeline
