responsibilities:
- The scientist will be responsible to run in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, perform serial dilutions of drug molecules, and perform FACS flow cytometry analysis to look at cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes.
- It will be ideal to have candidates with previous mRNA LNP drug candidate screening experience.
qualifications:
- 5-7 year experience level/or PhD
- Masters preferred
- In vitro primary cell culture (human PBMC, Cyno PBMC and mouse splenocyte)
- Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette
- Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells and FACS flow cytometry run on BD FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II and data analysis using FlowJo software
- mRNA LNP candidate screening
