responsibilities:
We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and complex laboratory testing in a high-complexity clinical setting. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze specimens, review results, and ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols.

qualifications:
Education & Certification:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biology
- Candidates qualified under 42 CFR 493.1433 (March 14, 1990) are also eligible
- Required: 1 year of clinical laboratory experience in high-complexity testing preferred
- Preferred: Experience in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) in a lab setting
- Required: Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple testing procedures simultaneously
- Required: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze test results accurately
- Required: Effective communication and customer service skills for client interactions
- Required: Commitment to patient confidentiality and data security
