The successful candidate will join a Development Support team, focusing on providing a variety on non-GMP services to internal customers throughout the PO&T organization. These services include basic and complex solution preparation, media and buffer characterization, definition of assay release criteria, and deviation investigation/troubleshooting.

responsibilities:
- The individual will assist in the development and optimization of formulations and provide technical expertise on preparation procedures and mixing process parameters using both practical and scientific knowledge.
- Will work as member of dynamic team developing and following established procedures to ensure a consistent service is delivered.
- Management of department chemical and consumable inventories, ensuring proper levels are available.
- Frequent collaboration and communication with multiple line functions to develop solution formulations and preparation process instructions.

Required:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in the Sciences with 1 year of experience in a lab environment required.
- Previous experience with sterile technique.
- Previous experience with documentation.
- The ideal candidate is a flexible, fast learner with a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, organization and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, and/or relevant field with some experience in a lab environment.
- Demonstrated customer service capabilities.
