responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary operations contact, overseeing manufacturing process design, documentation, and compliance. Serves as SME for technical content, managing risk assessments, change controls, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and Capital Project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of automated packaging lines.
- Support Manufacturing Operations: Act as the primary contact for operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth production.
- Process & Documentation Management: Develop, review, and approve SOPs, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, and Change Control records to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Tech Transfer teams to align on project execution, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Project Execution & Risk Management: Partner with the Capital Project team to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and overall project progress.
- Training & Process Readiness: Assist in developing training materials and ensuring teams are prepared for packaging procedures and equipment operations.
- Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Participate in risk assessments, support regulatory inspections, and ensure all manufacturing processes meet compliance standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide updates on project status, document progress, and align with stakeholders on priorities and action items.
qualifications:
- Bachelors and 3-5 years of experience in relevant areas.
- Great Team player, Excellent communication qualities and critical thinking skills.
- Relevant Experiences, Innovative/creative solutions, and proactive approaches.
