We are seeking a highly adaptable and team-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join the MCS Manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate in a structured, fast-paced environment, supporting large-scale purification processes, including chromatography, filtration, and working with pressurized equipment. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Schedule/Shift: Primary Shift: 7:00 AM -6:00 PM. Must be flexible for future shifts, including 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM, with availability for holiday work as needed.

responsibilities:
- Performing testing of critical samples while complying with GMPs to ensure continuous processing
- Maintaining equipment with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting
- Initiating and owning quality records
- Revising and owning documents (SOPs, MPs)
- Assisting in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records)
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements related to routine functions
- Recognize and accurately report problems
- Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
- Working around high-pressure systems and occasionally work around heavy equipment
- Able to work in teams to complete operational tasks, take direction well, and creates positive work environment through interactions with team members
- Working in a clean room environment wearing steel toe shoes, full clean room gowning, hairnet and gloves when performing all work
- Available to work various shifts (day, swing, graves, weekends, holidays, 5x8hrs, 4x10hrs, 3 or 4x12hrs) as dictated by the production schedule
- Performing activities that include periods of rigorous, repetitive work
- Able to regularly lift up to 35lbs, push and pull objects that require up to 50lbs of force, and work on your feet for long durations.
- Able to perform the list of physical movements that may be necessary to perform daily functions on the production floor: bending, reaching above the head, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, walking upstairs, and standing on portable stairs or ladders up to 6 feet off of the ground.

- Bachelor's degree (BS) in a science-related field is preferred
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered.
- Able to follow strict GMP documentation procedures
- Shift flexibility is critical, as this role requires 6-month rotational shifts (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM), weekend work, and holidays
- Highly adaptable team player who can work in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented, open to feedback
- Motivated to train on new tasks and perform basic troubleshooting
- Works well in a fast paced environment while complying with GMP standards
- Able to working in teams and maintain a positive work environment
- Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment with large-scale purification processes, including chromatography, filtration, and pressurized equipment.
