This person will be responsible for operational support of the MS&T and QC labs, including scheduling and overseeing maintenance of laboratory and process equipment. You will also be responsible for scheduling and tracking maintenance/repair activities within the CMMS.
This is a 6-month contract requiring 100% on-site work from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

responsibilities:
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee preventive/corrective maintenance and calibration with vendors while minimizing impact on cleanroom and lab operations.
- CMMS & Documentation Management: Serve as the CMMS Facilities business owner, ensuring timely creation, processing, and approval of records, work instructions, and maintenance documentation in compliance with GMP practices.
- Vendor & Compliance Support: Track and renew maintenance service agreements, escort vendors in controlled spaces (including full gowning areas), and ensure GMP access requirements are met. Assist with processing quality system documentation such as SOPs, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs,
qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in calibration and maintenance, including managing investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to equipment repairs.
- CMMS experience
- BMRAM experience
skills: CAPA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
