The Compliance Specialist is responsible to support Manufacturing by investigating, authoring and managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) for production and environmental monitoring (EM) events. This role will assign corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) and effectiveness checks (ECs) to address issues identified throughout production.
This is a one-year contract that is 100% on-site in Ridgefield, NJ. The schedule will be Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

responsibilities:
- Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Management: Investigate significant and non-significant NCRs, analyze data to identify root causes, and maintain comprehensive reports detailing causes, impact, and corrective actions.
- Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and track CAPAs, ensuring they effectively address root causes and lead to timely resolutions.
- Effectiveness Checks (EC): Conduct and analyze effectiveness checks to assess the success of CAPAs, ensuring corrective actions prevent recurrence and recommending further adjustments as needed.

Required
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience investigating, authoring and managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) for production and environmental monitoring (EM) events
- 5+ years of experience with corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) and effectiveness checks (ECs) to address issues identified throughout production.
skills: Quality control, MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
