responsibilities:
- Arrange and conduct product evaluations: Maintain stability testing process, keep storage inventory, conduct and document physical analyses, schedule and conduct technical tasting sessions
- Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments used for shelf-life testing
- Train others on the use and cleaning of analytical instruments, good laboratory practices, taste panels and storage studies
- Analyze development samples; set up analytical and microbiological requests for outside analysis
- Continuously keep product development lab clean and in good order
- Maintain oversight of Accelerator Laboratory space
- Maintain Excel / Word data entry of quality records including physical and sensory analyses
qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma; science coursework a plus
- Lab experience
skills: MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
