responsibilities:
- Own change controls and SOPs associated with the process(es) that you are assigned. Assigned process(es) inclusive of clinical and commercial operations of aseptic filling, formulation, equipment preparation, sanitization, visual inspection, analytical testing and/or single use systems.
- Manage manufacturing-based projects by serving as the single point of contact and manager of technical knowledge for the technology advancements in manufacturing.
- Engage with production staff to identify and execute grass roots continuous improvement efforts
- Provide on the floor support for new process implementation and troubleshooting.
- Own CAPAs
- Participate in internal/external audits.
- Lead and own Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
- Lead and own risk assessment activities.
qualifications:
- Doctorate degree (PhD) OR Master's degree (MS) and 3 years of experience OR Bachelor degree (BS) and 5 years of experience OR Associate degree (AS) and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
- Ability to manage small projects
- Experience in Filling, or Formulation, or Visual Inspection
- Experience with SOPs or Test Protocols
