responsibilities:
- Perform quantitative bioanalytical analysis using LC-MS/MS, including extracting biological samples, accurately preparing and pipetting solutions, planning experiments, and organizing data and results in support of non-GxP discovery studies.
- May participate in method development and method validations for regulated studies.
- Utilize various laboratory equipment including LC-MS/MS, pipettes, balances, and tissue homogenizers.
- Develop solutions to technical problems for discovery support and bioanalytical methods under supervision.
- Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic LIMS systems and laboratory notebook and effectively communicate results.
- Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures which include but are not limited to the completion of training on assigned tasks, maintenance of training records, laboratory documentation, following detailed SOPs and other written procedures.
- Understand when to seek input and when to make independent judgments.
- Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities and operational support as needed, including QC of reports.

- B.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical, Life Sciences
- Chemistry courses such as general chemistry, organic chemistry, and analytical chemistry
- 0-2 years' experience performing bioanalytical analysis
- LC-MS/MS experience
