Analytical Chemistry role is a 100% onsite, lab-based position, supporting the oligonucleotide (oligo) program with a focus on synthetic small molecules. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry (preferred) or a Bachelor's with 2-3 years of relevant experience, with hands-on expertise in LC, GC, KF, and proficiency in Empower software.

- Select suitable methodology and techniques to develop and validate analytical methods for testing synthetic small molecule and/or synthetic oligonucleotides for drug substances and/or drug products.
- Hands-on experience in sample preparation and analysis of synthetic in-process samples, lot release samples, stability samples and drug product formulations using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
- Organize and document analytical data under Good Documentation Practice using an electronic laboratory notebook system.
- Provide and present results to support drug substance and drug product development.
- Transfer analytical methods to contract manufacturing or contract testing labs.

Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of scientific experience
- Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
- Experience with HPLC, GC, KF and QC experience.
- Experience with operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chromatographic and spectroscopic laboratory equipment.
- Experience in laboratory settings within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Technical aptitude for identification and implementation of novel analytical technologies.
