responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for both manufacturing and laboratory settings.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing and lab processes to ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including testing data, audits, and inspection outcomes.
- Monitor and validate laboratory testing methods and results to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide training to team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in quality assurance.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related)
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards (ISO, GMP, GLP)
- Quality assurance experience (manufacturing/laboratory)
- Proficiency with Quality Management Systems (QMS) software
skills: SOP, Quality Assurance, CAPA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
