As a QA Analyst I, supporting the QC, analysis and test services team, you will be responsible for the in-process and final product quality analyses/inspection in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing facility at Fort Worth, Texas.

responsibilities:
- Interprets and evaluates the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision compared against established specifications.
- Identifies on-going quality issues, prevents potential production issues, and makes suggestions for improvement.
- Uses various measuring devices, testing equipment, predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to accept or reject products.
- May work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
- Provide Quality oversight to production floor, specifically in the areas of filling, packaging, warehouse, and ancillary support.
- Complete daily line support activities for production, including but not limited to MBR review, containment/hold actions, QA oversight, sampling, walkthroughs, aseptic audits.
- Lead QA Shopfloor improvement projects.
- Aseptic auditing and quality responses.

Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
- Rotating 12 hour shift; 4 days on, 4 days off, 6pm - 6am
skills: SOP, Quality Assurance, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
