responsibilities:
- Support the development of customized non-viral formulations for gene therapy applications.
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments in a time-sensitive and independent manner.
- Maintain accurate experiment records, material inventory, and ensure proper documentation of experimental protocols.
- Analyze and present experimental data clearly to project teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to project teams and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
- Foster creativity, productivity, and a sense of urgency while maintaining scientific integrity and accountability.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and regulatory filings as required.

- Must be within commutable distance to job site location in Cambridge, MA, 02141 or willing to relocate at own expense
- Hands-on experience in nucleic acid drug formulation and development (especially nanoparticle delivery technologies) is required.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of significant contribution to research projects and peer-reviewed publications.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and present experimental results
- Must have hands-on experience in nucleic acid drug formulation and development, especially in nanoparticle delivery technologies (Lipid-based nanoparticles).
- Proven track record of significant contribution to research projects and peer-reviewed publications.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Experience with formulation optimization for non-viral gene therapy applications.
- PhD level candidate 0-2 years of pharma/biotech industry experience, very experienced leader, served in leadership roles and has LNP (Lipid-based nanoparticles) experience
- OR MS level candidate 3-6 years of pharma/biotech industry experience and LNP (Lipid-based nanoparticles) experience
OR BS 5+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience and LNP (Lipid-based nanoparticles) experience
- Previous leadership experience in cross-functional or project teams.
