This person will support the manufacturing of gene-modified autologous T-cell products in a cGMP-regulated facility. The role includes cell processing, media formulation, product sampling, and ensuring quality compliance in an aseptic cleanroom environment. Prior experience in cell culture, aseptic techniques, and cGMP practices is required.
This is 100% on-site in Philadelphia, PA.

responsibilities:
- Perform cell processing and manufacturing activities for gene-modified autologous T-cell products in a cGMP-regulated environment, including media formulation, product sampling, and documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality guidelines, identify manufacturing issues, and collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams on deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by authoring/editing SOPs, training junior staff, and working in an aseptic cleanroom environment with mammalian cell culture equipment.
