A prominent manufacturing company in the Baltimore area is a General Manager of Manufacturing to oversee operations in the Statesville, NC facility. This is a top priority search for the company. The General Manager will be be responsible for delivering operating results through planning, implementing and directing all manufacturing activities and ensuring continuous production of products consistent with established safety requirements and quality standards. The company needs a smart, dynamic leader to grow the manufacturing capabilities. The role is salaried in the $200K range as this is a very high level role. The company will pay relocation expenses for qualified candidates.

- Manage the plant management team and provide oversight of manufacturing operations.
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality and optimize efficiency to maximize profit.

- Align manufacturing operations with sales objectives and improve processes in supporting growth goals.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a customer focus.
- Responsible for supporting overall strategic and operational initiatives for the manufacturing organization
