The Test Technician performs electrical and mechanical testing on aerospace interconnect products, ensuring conformance to standards, collaborating with engineers, and continuously improving test procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Visually inspect components and assemblies for product standards conformance.
- Review and understand electrical and mechanical test procedures.
- Operate and maintain test equipment.
- Collect and analyze test data.
- Execute test programs on schedule through collaboration with engineers and third-party test labs.
- Incorporate changes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and safety of test procedures.
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a test lab environment.
- Knowledge of industry test standards (e.g., EIA, MIL-STD).
- Experience with general electrical test equipment (e.g., power supplies, multimeters).
- Experience with soldering and wiring.
- Experience in an Aerospace testing and quality environment.
