Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer III who will support a Synthetic Training Services program. Eight years of aircrew training system or flight simulation device with military/Department of Defense engineering standards.
-DOD engineering activities: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test and delivery of hardware and software systems.
REQUIRED:

responsibilities:
- Analyzes technical requirements and develops specifications and Statements of Work for ATS/CLS program components.
- Reviews and edits Statements of Work, Specifications, and technical documents from others.
- Supports program management and logistics functions through analyses and trade studies.
- Assists in preparing cost estimates and technical text for proposals, including ATS, CLS, ECPs, ACSNs, CCPs, and New Business proposals.
- Aids in subcontractor/vendor technical design reviews and audits; may direct subcontractor personnel or analyze subcontractor performance for progress payments.
- Participates as a presenter or technical advisor in customer technical meetings, audits, and program reviews.
- Prepares subcontractor/vendor specifications and Statements of Work for RFPs and subcontracts; performs technical evaluations of proposals and makes recommendations for upper management.
