Global manufacturer is targeting a Process Engineering Manager for their production facility in Arkansas. This role is responsible for leading a team of process engineers and technicians in developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing, and leadership skills.

responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Engineers.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize production.
- Manage process engineering projects from conception through implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to monitor process performance. Address any process-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, equipment, and methodologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
