A Test Rig Operator is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This role involves performing and validating tests, optimizing efficiency, and independently managing tasks, with a Class A CDL required.

responsibilities:
- Prepare, perform, and validate testing activities.
- Ensure all tests are carried out efficiently.
- Validate test results.
- Minimize installation time and optimize test cycle efficiency in test cells.
- Produce useful data for engineering purposes and follow up activities.
- Establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Self-sufficient and able to take the lead on individual tasks.
- Ability to work and plan independently.
- Proactively engage in learning opportunities.
- Focus on ongoing skill development and self-driven learning.
- Develop expertise in a specific discipline while gaining a broader understanding of the overall system.
Certification Requirement: Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
