An industry-leading high-precision component manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team near Rochester, New York. This company has been established for over 70 years with customers in the Aerospace, Defense, and medical device industries. This position will work with a team to analyze products and methods to innovate new and existing operations.
The salary is commensurate with experience up to $95K plus excellent health & retirement benefits. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:
- Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process.
- Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
- Meet customer deadlines on quotes.
- Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC program

- Experience level: Experienced
