We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of working experience in PLC programming. Candidates that have Belt/Rubber knowledge are preferred. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles or other Continuous Improvement programs is required. Project management experience is also required.

responsibilities:
- Provides the necessary electrical engineering required for the documentation and development of control systems used in manufacturing and test equipment.
- Develop PLC and HMI programs, as well as troubleshoot and modify existing programs.
- Effectively manage projects which includes, establishing detailed and defined scopes, detailed cost estimates, timelines with milestones, deliverables and provide guidance and expertise to keep projects on track and within budget. Identifying and coordinating the development of new test equipment and the upgrading of existing test equipment.
- Keep informed on new technology and equipment which may have potential use for new projects and improvement of existing facilities (both process and environmental).
- Manage contractors used in the building of control systems.
- Designing, implementing, maintaining and improving electrical products and systems.
- Using engineering software and equipment for computer-aided design and other complex technical tasks
- Establishing and enforcing construction, manufacturing and installation standards.
- Performing feasibility studies for industrial and commercial technical developments.
- Overseeing maintenance, inspection and system upgrade programs.
- Calculating project costs and delivery timelines.
- Providing quality assurance for ongoing projects
- Collaborating with clients and other professionals.
- Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management.
