Our client, a leader in civil engineering and surveying, is looking for a Landscape Architect. Key qualifications include 2-5 years of experience preparing schematic designs, design development, and construction documents for site development projects, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a relevant field is required.

responsibilities:
Collaborates on design projects including park planning, healthcare facilities, trails, urban plazas, residential developments, commercial centers, and corporate campuses. Analyzes site and environmental data for landscaping and integrates land features into CAD designs, selecting materials and preparing landscape and site plans, hardscape details, construction drawings, and specifications. Coordinates with engineers and team members, communicates with clients and review agencies, and manages multiple projects to meet deadlines. Conducts site visits as needed and ensures clear, effective communication.
