responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and train R&D personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Accurately record, analyze, and report R&D data, ensuring all findings are documented clearly and comprehensively.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of experiments, tests, and results.
- Ensure proper functioning and calibration of lab instruments.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Acquire and analyze raw materials and prototypes for testing.
- Prepare and write technical papers, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings, recommendations, and new developments.
- Work with Production, QA, and Sales to improve packaging methods and quality.
- Act as the key technical liaison between R&D and other departments to drive successful product development.
- Continuously drive, evaluate, and improve R&D processes, methods, and systems.
- Suggest and implement improvements to existing packaging designs, materials, and production techniques to enhance quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Use Poly2000 MRP system for material tracking, inventory management, and production flow.
