Our Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to suppor their Global Revenue Operations team.
Contract position with a possibility of extending!
Required:
- Demonstrated success leading projects of moderate to high complexity that impact people, process, and technology
- Experience with the non-technical activities of software development and the agile/Scrum frameworks (e.g., requirements gathering, testing, and training)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of managing or coordinating projects
- Bachelors Degree

responsibilities:
- Partner with a Program Manager to support the integration of an acquisition
- Ensure the Commercial team, processes, and systems are prepared for effective selling, fulfillment, and support of the acquisition's products and services
- Support critical activities within the project management and software development lifecycles
- Develop and maintain project management deliverables, including:
- Project charters
- Project schedules
- Risks and issues log
- Status reports
- Requirement gathering sessions
- Change management plans
- Project charters
- Prepare for Agile/Scrum sprint planning
- Facilitate user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with Global Revenue Operations team members and other departments (Sales, Service, GIS/IT, Product Development, Quality/Compliance)
- Work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
