A Construction Project Manager / Owner's Representative for a leading EPC organization to oversee all phases of industrial construction projects. This role will ensure conformance to contract plans, monitor budgets and schedules, and verify that subcontractor work meets all specifications, quality, and safety standards. Starting in Knoxville, TN for initial planning in December, the position will ramp up in Escondido, CA in January for a 12+ month contract, with expected overtime and per diem for qualified candidates.
Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of industrial construction experience, an OSHA 30 certification, and ideally proficiency in P6 scheduling. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with detailed construction knowledge, are essential to excel in this role.

responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain on-site supervision to ensure safety regulations are met across all construction activities.
- Manage project budgets and schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, regulatory agencies, and utility providers.
- Document and report on construction progress, change orders, and budget adjustments to project leadership.
- Review engineering plans to ensure they meet project specifications, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support, act as a liaison between engineering and contractors, and facilitate issue resolution.
