Growing manufacturer in the Tulsa area is seeking a Quality Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in engineering or similar and at least 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Experience implementing or maintaining ISO9001 documentation preferred, as well as Six Sigma certification. Previous manufacturing experience required. Relocation provided for the right candidate.

responsibilities:
- Work with quality assurance team to evaluate efficiency of internal process documentation and traceability forms.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of all quality documentation in accordance with management objectives and ISO9001.
- Work directly with quality management to conduct internal and external audits of our quality management system.
- Collaborate with continuous improvement team to ensure quality is maintained during manufacturing efficiency improvements
- Define Test requirements and automate test procedures
- Monitor every phase of the software development process, including the design, development, testing, and debugging
- Maintain quality standards of the software at every stage and ensure the final products meet the customer requirements.
- Assess the quality of specifications and technical design documents
- Plan and implement strategies for quality management and testing.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure product quality in the product development process.
- Contribute to internal root cause analysis programs including 8D, 5-why, fishbone, etc.
- Communicate findings and establish preventative action measures with customer engagement.
- Use proactive tools including DFMEA/PFMEA to identify quality control issues before they happen, working with the quality supervisors to implement preventive measures.
- B.S. in Engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in manufacturing
- strong computer capabilities to develop digital process documentation
- Experience implementing or maintaining ISO9001 documentation
- Sic Sigma Green/Black belt certification preferred.
