Key qualifications include 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing and custom packaging industry, as well as expertise in CNC. A bachelor's degree in engineering - mechanical, industrial, or packaging is required.

responsibilities:
The role involves collaborating directly with manufacturing teams to resolve issues, gain support, and implement new processes while reducing variability in manufacturing with input from design, production, and maintenance teams. It requires applying Continuous Improvement methods, researching and justifying new approaches, and optimizing production capacities. Key responsibilities include leveraging ERP systems for process evaluation and analysis, promoting safety and ergonomic practices, and interpreting technical schematics like mechanical or electrical prints. Additionally, the role entails creating CAD models and CNC programs, managing cost reduction initiatives, and ensuring designs meet customer requirements through precise calculations, design layouts, and cross-functional collaboration
