responsibilities:
- Drive Operational Excellence by applying industrial engineering principles to improve organizational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to refine processes, reduce waste, and improve safety, compliance, quality, delivery, and morale.
- Conduct time and motion studies, stratify losses, and perform root cause analysis to identify and address improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement enhanced processes, technologies, policies, and standard work to meet quality, cost, and timeliness expectations.
- Collaborate across all organizational levels to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- strong organizational abilities for goal setting, planning, and prioritization.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to influence and work with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset for data assessment, trend identification, and business performance evaluation.
