Document Control Coordinator/ Project Coordinator is needed for a leading construction organization in the southeastern Columbus metro area. The document control coordinator will collaborate with the team to establish standards and procedures, communicate document system procedures to team members, coordinate documents with multiple engineers for project requirements, and compile electronic project data books.
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2+ years of experience in document controls, specifically in supporting engineering or construction projects. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access is required, as well as familiarity with BIM 360 or Bluebeam. Effective communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be interacting with customers, vendors, and team members both over the phone and in person. Accurate data entry skills are a must. While a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered. Previous experience working with document retention software and database systems is highly valued by the client.

- Responsible for set-up for multiple small projects; assist on medium and larger sized projects as needed.
- Collaborates to set-up the standards and procedures for the team; Communicates document system procedures with team members
- Coordinates documents with multiple engineers for project needs; Compile electronic project data books
- Issues transmittals to clients and vendors; Processes vendor submittals
- Packages electronic documents for clients, vendors, and internal needs
- Notifies appropriate persons of troubleshooting issues regarding vendors and clients.
- Monitors workflows for the project team
