We are seeking a direct-hire Regional Sales Engineer to join a leading design and manufacturing company. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the facility located in Haverhill, MA.
As the Regional Sales Engineer you will be responsible for delivering in-depth technical and hands-on support to existing strategic accounts within the assigned region, acquiring new customers, and maximizing sales opportunities.

responsibilities:
- Use technical expertise to identify and develop large account opportunities to deliver product solutions and address complex customer needs and drive business growth
- Leverage deep technical understanding of product portfolio and using industry connections to engage with key decision-makers and technical influencers
- Ensure efficient mangement and technical alignment of resources slong with collaborating with ISRs or RCMs
- Initiate outbound outreach and follow up with a focus on understanding the technical requirements of potential clients, effectively presenting company's engineering solutions to meet their challenges
- Deliver precise and timely forecasts based on a deep technical understanding of product capabilities, market trends, and client requirements, ensuring alignment with Axiomtek's strategic objectives
