This role will focus on providing Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) feasibility insights for projects centered on growth, productivity, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating capital and capital-related expenses, determining optimal layout and equipment requirements, and planning project phases to meet scope objectives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in capital projects and GMP expierence is highly desired.

responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
- Drive productivity improvements with a focus on zero losses and full team engagement.
- Develop and implement standards in collaboration with regional/global teams.
- Foster innovation and work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement) to support strategies.
- Manage capital investment initiatives, ensuring safety, service, productivity, and growth targets are met.
- Build capability by collaborating with regional and global teams for team development.
- Ensure equipment designs meet IL6S standards and maintain the Maintenance Prevention Database.
- Lead technical assessments, capability studies and capital execution for new product launches and modification in cooperation with key partners namely Business Development, Research and Development, Procurement.
- Lead breakthrough thinking bringing new ideas and possibilities. Lead or co-lead new equipment and/or process development
- Support harmonization of manufacturing processes and de-complexity of product portfolio working with Business Development partners.
- Lead technical assessments and capital execution for new product launches and modifications.
- Support process harmonization and simplification of the product portfolio.
- Responsible for all site/cluster capital investment initiatives and as such for achieving the plants Compelling Business Need (CBN) including safety, service, cash flow, productivity, and growth targets.
- Develop technical plans to optimize plant capacity and meet business goals.
- Drive ongoing improvements through the Maintenance Prevention process.
- Lead large-scale capital investment projects ($0.5 - $5MM), ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Providing leadership during concept/design stage, implementation and start-up phases are executed at highest level of efficiency, quality, and employee safety. Projects include growth investments, productivity, and infrastructure projects.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in capex projects
- Emphasize agility over perfection, with a focus on execution and results.

- Balance cutting-edge technology solutions with capital constraints while prioritizing cost savings.
- Identify engineering solutions that consider both the global network and category needs.
- Integrate Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) phase requirements into projects.
- Manage ambiguity, synthesize large volumes of information, and make decisions that align with project scope.
- strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with proficiency in MS Outlook calendar and email management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Think creatively and have a broad understanding of category needs.
- GMP experience
- Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience and/or certification is preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus.
