A Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Milan, IL area. The Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst evaluates and improves business processes, supports warehouse management solutions, and leads moderate-complexity projects to enhance operational efficiency and system capabilities.

responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Lead business process improvement projects and initiatives of moderate complexity.
- Execute communications plans within established systems and procedures.
- Support stakeholder engagement and address concerns during project implementation.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Assist with feasibility studies from technological and organizational perspectives.
- Produce and review accurate reports by collecting and summarizing data.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using various software applications.
- Expertise in data analysis, gap analysis, and process evaluation.
- strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using office and project management software tools.
- Experience in risk modeling, change management, and project tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in operations or engineering functions.
