We are seeking a Staff Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of site investigation and remediation projects for our clients. You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team, responsible for supporting environmental assessment, remediation, and corrective action projects. At least 3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree from an ABET-accredited program is required.

responsibilities:
- Perform safety, project, and task management duties on environmental, remediation, CCR, PFAS, and related projects.
- Prepare environmental investigation work plans, reports, and other relevant documents.
- Manage subcontractor solicitation, contracting, scheduling, and oversight of field activities involving staff and subcontractors.
- Execute and guide environmental site assessments, including subsurface soil and groundwater sampling, air and vapor monitoring, monitoring well installation, and soils logging.
- Assist in the assessment of corrective measures and the design and operation of remediation systems, including in-situ remedies, cover systems, recovery, and treatment.
- Collaborate with project teams and field personnel to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to junior staff.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
