- Customer Targeting & Outreach:
- Identify, qualify, and target regional manufacturers/fabricators to introduce and promote products.
- Perform in-person customer visits (6-8 per week) to assess needs and make sales calls.
- Build and maintain basic customer relationships.

- Sales Planning & Collaboration:
- Work with the National Sales Manager to create and execute territory growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including applications engineers and product managers, to propose tailored solutions.

- Understand customers' manufacturing workflows and challenges to present value propositions.
- Use technical knowledge to explain product advantages over competitors.

- Product Demonstrations & Documentation:
- Arrange and oversee cutting trials, time cycle studies, and customer demonstrations.
- Ensure accurate use of the latest quotation formats and retrieve customer-required data from internal drives.

- CRM Maintenance:
- Document customer visits, opportunities, and regional activities in the CRM (C4C) system weekly.
