Client is seeking a skilled Embedded Systems-Electrical Engineer to join multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development of real-time image processing and navigation systems for spacecraft operating in cislunar space.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of related professional experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the use of lab test equipment, including oscilloscopes, benchtop power supplies, soldering irons, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters.
- Experience in circuit design and simulation, digital signal processing, and/or RF communication systems and protocols.
- Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
- C language
- Ability to interpret schematics and data sheets effectively.
- Proficient in the use of lab test equipment, including oscilloscopes, benchtop power supplies, soldering irons, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters.
- Software Development:
- Familiarity with software development tools, such as makefiles, IDE compilers, debuggers, and target trace.
- Embedded Systems
- Experience with source control and revision systems like Git or Perforce.
- Familiarity with software development tools, such as makefiles, IDE compilers, debuggers, and target trace.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in satellite communications or the space industry.
