responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely, professional communication and issue resolution.
- Manage customer inquiries, order entries, schedule changes, and processing of returns, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Program Management) to meet customer requirements and project timelines.
- Access and update customer portals, download and organize RFQs and technical data packages, and maintain accurate project files.
- Monitor compliance with US export regulations (EAR & ITAR) and ensure adherence to contractual terms, conditions, and quality standards.
- Proactively address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining solid relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Associate's degree in business, communications, or equivalent education/experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Understanding of US export regulations (EAR & ITAR) and ISO standards (AS9100, ISO9001, or ISO13485).
- Background in Military, Aerospace, Electronics, or CCA industries is a plus.
