A Project Manager is needed for a company that produces electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings in the Long Beach, CA area. This role involves overseeing facilities projects from planning to completion, ensuring effective coordination, compliance, and communication while managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships to achieve successful project execution.

responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual plans and budgets for facilities projects.
- Provide lifecycle planning to support fiscal decision-making.
- Coordinate project completions with building occupants, vendors, and site staff.
- Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) and conduct necessary meetings for project execution.
- Manage the permitting process in collaboration with city and state inspectors.
- Monitor and report on all phases of project execution.
- Ensure project timelines are met by coordinating all involved parties.
- Participate in peer discussions about project execution within the Public-Private Partnership (P3) structure.
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
- Comparing plans and specifications with construction progress.
