responsibilities:
- Optimize flexographic press setup and operation to meet product specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and minimal waste.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the press is equipped with the required materials, streamlining the production process and allowing focus on precision label manufacturing.
- Lead engineering initiatives in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, process innovation, and the integration of cutting-edge systems technology to improve press performance.
- Foster an engineering-driven culture of innovation, developing new products to meet customer needs and improve production efficiency.
