Well established and growing solar design, engineering, and construction company is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a direct hire career opportunity in Lexington, KY. Candidate will manage various commercial solar PV installations in the area. Construction project management experience required, specific experience in solar a plus.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete execution of commercial solar projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Perform regular status updates and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to project teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the solar or construction industry.
- PMP certification required.
- strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of solar industry regulations and standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Experience with commercial electrical systems is a plus.
