We are searching for a Test Technician in the Raleigh, NC area to work at a leading manufacturing company. Candidates should have at least a year of testing experience with knowledge of electrical or electronic products.
This is a contract position that is expected to lead to a direct hire role.

responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products and parts adequately meet quality guidelines as they move throughout the production process and perform quality checks as instructed.
- Read electronic schematics to ensure products meet defined specifications
- Report any Non-conformance items by utilizing our Quality Management Guidelines
- Recommend modifications and improvements to enhance the products for quality, reliability, manufacturability and cost effectiveness
- Communicate with Production Associates, Quality Engineering Technician,
Manufacturing Engineers and Test Engineers to resolve daily production and warranty issues - Check maintain equipment to ensure compliance with ISO 9000:2000 standards
- Identify and implement corrective actions for the repair, replacement and calibration of laboratory tools and manufacturing equipment
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: High School (required)
