We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Atlanta GA to support day-to-day project operations from planning through completion. Assist with managing safety, quality, scheduling, contracts, and team coordination. responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day construction operations, including safety, quality, scheduling, and cost management.
- Promote and ensure adherence to company safety programs, policies, and training among project team members and subcontractors.
- Collaborate on project planning, scheduling, and estimating to support project objectives and timelines.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including progress reports, budgeting updates, and schedule tracking.
- Coordinate RFP processes, bid evaluations, and subcontractor onboarding, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Support site layout, mobilization, demobilization, and resource allocation plans.
- Assist in securing and verifying project permits and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor construction quality and address non-conformance issues with project teams.
- Facilitate onboarding and training of construction field staff and interns, fostering skill development.
- Contribute to the project turnover, warranty documentation, and closeout process, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
