Growing manufacturer in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems as well as experience troubleshooting and modifying Allen-Bradley PLCs. Some travel is required, about 20% to clients in the U.S. Excellent work/life balance and overtime pay!

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues
- Modify existing PLC programs to meet changing production needs or improve efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and other technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on complex projects
- Associate's degree in Electrical Technology (preferred but not required) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and modifying Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- HMI experience a plus
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using Allen-Bradley programming software (RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000 preferred).
- Understanding of electrical theory and principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license
