As a Controls Specialist, you will work closely with global automation teams, internal engineers, and vendors to support and develop control systems and drive applications. This role involves technical troubleshooting, project management, and customer interaction to ensure our systems exceed expectations.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the overseas group, handling product lead times, RFQs, and orders.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, manage requests for defective parts replacement, and provide exceptional support.
- Collaborate with factory personnel on parts, outline drawings, serial number identification, and application-related inquiries.
- Oversee LV VFD modification order entry and project management.
- Monitor inventory, including factory shipments, panel shipments, and customer forecasts.
- Support internal teams with quotations, project management, and cross-department collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- 3-5 years of experience in controls, applications, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Metaphase, MS Office, Oracle, or SQL databases preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience/training.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 Standards and company safety procedures.
