The Supply Chain Manager leads and optimizes the end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves strategic planning, procurement, inventory management, and team leadership to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field and have 5+ years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in ERP systems, analytical skills, and a proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts are essential. Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills are critical to building effective teams and fostering collaboration.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Lead procurement efforts, negotiating supplier contracts to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, setting strategic safety stock and minimizing excess costs
- Establish and track KPIs to evaluate supply chain performance, addressing bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, ensuring their professional development and success
