A prominent building products manufacturing company in the Jupiter, FL area is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the SW Florida territory. The Sales Manager will utilize the existing customer base (residential contractors, builders, homeowners) to identify and quality potential propsects, and present product offerings, and provide professional presentations of company products while onsite. This is a true hunter sales role including networking and cold calling. The Sales Manager will also project manage jobsites to ensure that construction meets company specifications and code requirement.

responsibilities:
- Meeting existing customers (residential contractors, builders and homeowners) to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offerings, provide professional presentations of Company products and services while onsite.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Project-manage job sites to ensure construction meets company specifications and all code requirements.
- Continuously update customers and prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Effectively work at industry conferences and trade shows, where applicable.
