responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality programs to establish and maintain product/service quality standards.
- Develop and promote programs to encourage employee focus on quality improvement.
- Administer and maintain policies and procedures for evaluating product, material, and operational quality.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, and other quality assurance methodologies.
- Conduct quality audits and reviews, using tools like Taguchi methods and process reengineering.
- Evaluate and improve quality across products, materials, components, and operations.
- Independently apply professional expertise and judgment to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze factual information and make evaluative decisions based on detailed assessments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Requires a college degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
