A Quality Management Systems Staff Specialistfor a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed. Remote work. This role involves managing and implementing quality assurance programs, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement efforts to ensure the quality of products, materials, and operations.

responsibilities:
- Implement and manage quality programs to establish and maintain product/service quality standards.
- Develop and promote programs to encourage employee focus on quality improvement.
- Administer and maintain policies and procedures for evaluating product, material, and operational quality.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, and other quality assurance methodologies.
- Conduct quality audits and reviews, using tools like Taguchi methods and process reengineering.
- Evaluate and improve quality across products, materials, components, and operations.
- Independently apply professional expertise and judgment to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze factual information and make evaluative decisions based on detailed assessments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Requires a college degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
